Distress and Weathering

To make Ryan into a denizen of the street, I started by giving him some sun exposure via airbrushed alcohol paints. I then gave him some injuries and scars by using rigid collodion, a Pros-aide transfer, Copic inks, scab material, and alcohol paints. I hand-laid a goatee, sideburns and mustache, and finished off the look with some strategically placed grime.
